Store your tea in a dry and dark place.
Keep it away from strong spices so the scents don't mix.
Tea doesn't really expire, still, after a year or so the taste may start to fade.
Heat the water (8oz) in the kettle (176-194 F). If you don't have a thermometer to measure the specific temperature, just heat the water to the point of just short boiling.
First, add tea in the cup (1 tea bag or 1.5 teaspoons of loose leaf) and then add water over.
