Does your Loose leaf and Tea bags tea taste the same ?

We make our blends by carefully measuring the ingredients. In the case of loose tea, herbs can settle unevenly in the pack, and therefore we always encourage you to go with tea bags. Our tea bags are filled with loose leaf tea, so you don't need to worry about what's inside.

Do your tea bags contain plastic ?

We are highly against staples and polypropylene in a cup of tea! Our bags are made of biodegradable materials, safe for us and the environment.

How long do I steep tea?

There is a brewing instruction tab under each tea blend.

For the best taste of our teas, we suggest you follow those.


Can I cancel or modify my order ?

Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly so you can receive them as soon as possible, because we hate waiting, too 😉 This means that once you place the order we can't change it. Still, if you did something by accident, make sure to contact us.

How to make sure that my order is set right ?

On the checkout page please make sure that all the information listed is correct. If you pay with PayPal, check the shipping address since it will show the one that's on your PayPal account. After the purchase, we won't be able to change it.

Order returning to sender

If your order was not able to be delivered you will receive the email when it gets back to us. After that, we can resend it and will apply additional shipping costs. If you decide to cancel the order we will refund the amount of the order minus shipping costs, if you paid by card.

If you chose the Manual paying method and not be able to pick up the order, we can resend it with additional shipping costs and we kindly ask you to accept it. Once you choose the Manual payment method you can not cancel the order when it's shipped.

How long will I wait for my order ?

Once you have placed your order we'll process it within 3 working days. 
After that period you may expect to receive your items in the next 3 working days for Serbia. For the rest of the world, delivery takes estimate 15 working days.

~Please note that delivery may take longer than expected during the Covid situation and customs policy.

Regarding other resellers

Some of our items are sold by third-party and we don't have access to your purchase history with them. Because of that, we can't directly assist you regarding any issue that might occur. We kindly advise contacting the reseller you purchased from.


What payment types do you accept ?

For Serbian delivery, we accept Manual payment and Pay Pal.
For the rest of the world, we accept Pay Pal.

What is Manual payment method ?

Manual payment method is available only for delivery in Serbia. It's cash on delivery and shipping costs are included.

Do I have Online Security ?

We do joke around here and there sometimes, but we ARE serious when we need to be. And your security is one of that serious matter. All sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) submitted on our website is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption. All other information about you is restricted, only employees who need it to complete the specific task are granted access.


How much does shipping cost ?

For orders within Serbia, shipping is free for all orders.
For the rest of the world, we can not offer free shipping.
Shippings are automatically calculated on the checkout by the weight of the order.

Are there any additional costs upon delivery ?

We are not responsible for any additional costs or fees that may be applied upon delivery. 
You pay your due to us once you place your order. All costs to us will be listed at the checkout page.
