Still, if any of our products do not meet your expectations, we would like to know about it. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of your order and the description of what makes you unhappy. We won't be able to refund or exchange the product that is damaged or used. If we agree to the refund, it can only be issued to the same card that was used for the purchase. We accept contacts regarding returns within 3 days from the day you received the order.
Note that digital products are non-refundable.
Once we send the order, it's your responsibility to pick it up. If that doesn't happen we will not be able to refund the money, but resend it with additional costs.
